End of the week
Well here is what happened yesterday…
AAA towed Skye’s car to Okimoto Automotive in Norwalk. They were going to have a look at the car in the morning, this morning, (they will call me later). I drove Skye to LBCC for opening night by way of Trader Joe’s to pick up flowers for the cast and a sandwich for dinner. I guess the good thing about this was the fact that we were able to have dinner together, in the car, albeit, but together nonetheless. I dropped her off went back to our house to make sure the cats were inside. The plumber was still there working on the bathroom sinks. I had to leave to go back to pick up Skye after the show. I called up my parents and I borrowed their Envoy so that I could use that today and Skye could drive my car.
Now today, Okimoto called up to tell me that the Trans lines blew off. I’m having Firestone go down to Norwalk and tow our car from there to their Cerritos store and fix their problem. It should be fixed by today, end of day.
I’ll be going back to the house today to make sure the electrical will be completed. We’ll see. If nothing has been done I am changing the keys to the house and locking out the workers. If significant work has been completed… We’ll see.
